We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. We don’t charge any refund fees. Returns sent by post are at your own cost (quality problem is not included).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Your refund will be approved within 1-2 days after receiving and checking your return, and you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
