How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 7 working days. Customized items takes a longer time (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration for transit is beyond our control. MAFERLIY does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
For Express Shipping, it takes about 5-9 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once it is shipped out.

Shipping only occurs in the United States except for the following areas:

MAFERLIY is not responsible for the above shipment delays. However, MAFERLIY will try our best to keep you updated and ensure the shipment arrives as soon as it can be resumed in the affected area.
Missing or lost packages
If a package goes missing or delivers to an incorrect address, please contact MAFERLIY customer support at [email protected] with your order number.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 72 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact MAFERLIY customer support at [email protected] with your order number.
What can I do if the product I received is not under good condition?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. And except for cases of fraudulent orders, customers refusing to accept dispatched orders will incur a processing fee.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
Please contact MAFERLIY customer support at [email protected]. Attaching a photo of the product received and the SKU label of the parcel will greatly shorten the handling process.
